Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped or produced.
If cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns (if applicable)
You may request a return within 14 days after receipt.
To be eligible:
Item must be unused, in the same condition as received.
Must be in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for return & exchange shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–5 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card company (it may take time for posting).
Contact your bank (processing delays may occur).
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
