Order Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time

Customized Products: Since some of our items are made-to-order, production requires 5-7 business days. Once completed, orders will ship the following business day.
In-stock Products: For ready-to-ship items, processing takes 1-3 business days, and orders will also ship the next business day after processing.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday only (excluding holidays).

Shipping Time

Standard shipping time: about 15 business days (varies by destination).
Express Shipping time: 10–12 business days (varies by destination).
VIP Shipping time: within 7 business days (varies by destination).
